Every day we rise at a certain time.
We have to be at school/college/work at a certain time.
We eat at a certain time.
We leave at a certain time.
We eat again at a certain time.
We go to sleep at a certain time...
...only to rise again at a certain time.

I'm not certain that this time is the certain time.
