How you can support ARMwiki
I'm not asking for money, I'm asking for expertise.
I grew up using the ARM on old RISC OS computers, and the latest ARM I will be playing with is the ARM926 in my PVR. There is a lot of stuff I don't know, and maybe even a bunch of idiotic mistakes on my part.
If you can help, please do!
Gaining the ability to edit
The only specific requirement, other than the style guide is that to try to curb spambot behaviour and random vandalism, you must be a registered user with a confirmed email address.
This is simple, and free. Simply click the "Log in/Create account" link on the upper right. Choose to create an account. Provide a username, a password, and an email address.
Then log in with those credentials, go to your preferences (top of the screen, towards the right) and ask for the confirmation email to be sent to you. When the email arrives, click on the link provided to flag your email address as valid. Then you'll be a registered user with the ability to edit pages. It might seem like a bit of a hassle, but you only ever need to do this once. Why not do it now and get it over with? ;-)
Hint! While you're there, you might like to go back to your preferences and tweak things.
The things you write and upload to ARMwiki are immediately publically visible to the world, and are able to be edited by other registered users. If you don't want your work to be seen, copied, and possibly ravaged by others, you should not participate.
All content provided on ARMwiki is covered by a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. This means that it may be used commercially (with credit given), and it may be used by others on a share-alike basis. Click the link for more specifics. A reminder of this is placed immediately underneath the edit pane whenever you edit anything.
It goes without saying that anything uploaded must be either your own work, or sourced from a resource that offers its content to the public domain; just as others may use this content.
ARMwiki vs HeyRick
The CC licence applies specifically to ARMwiki and not to other parts of my website.
If you really want to donate...
Creating and managing all of this requires a lot of tea and cookies. All donations will be gratefully received and added to the cookie fund. I might even put up photos of cookies purchased (or baked ☺ - recipes welcome!) on my blog.

Alternatively, please consider making a donation to the Japanese Red Cross. There is a special part on their site at http://www.jrc.or.jp/eq-japan2011/index.html with information on the recovery efforts after the earthquake/tsunami in March 2011. Believe me, they need your help more than I need cookies...
